Our Instructors

Picture
Our philosophy of teaching is to enable each of our students to set and internalize goals and to utilize their full potential in that pursuit. We teach each member as if they were our own family.  Positive motivation combined with our unique reward system, which is built into our goal based belt promotion system, makes goal setting a habit not just an experience.

Our Instructors are required to accumulate numerous hours of community service before they begin to work in our Instructors Program. We develop professional and dedicated Instructors whom have to pass our Instructors course at Aguila's Taekwondo Association. We assure to maintain educated, proficient, and positive Instructors whom are Certified not only by our association but through Kukkiwon, the Governing body of Tae Kwon Do. We take pride in our Instructors as they have worked through numerous hours, tests, evaluations and certifications to be standing in front of a class or assisting side of the Masters.

It's one thing for a person to say they teach leadership, motivation and achievement, however, it is another to have actually done so, and on a consistent basis with groups of people of various abilities.

To truly teach others the qualities of leadership, motivation and achievement, a teacher must have the real life experience in bringing out the best in others.

All the instructors have one thing in common. We all love our job!

Not too many people can say that. We're fortunate to have a job that has such a big impact in peoples lives. We can help you achieve your dreams in Tae Kwon Do. In many Tae Kwon Do schools, the assumption has been that once a student earns their black belt they are ready to teach other students. Learning Tae Kwon Do and teaching it are two different things.
